Returns, Refunds & Money Back Guarantee
Your trust is important to us at AMAZON FACTORY.
We respect that you may have concerns about your ability to return or refund should you be dissatisfied with your order. Here's all you need to know.

Money-Back Guarantee

We have a 30-day Money Back Guarantee for the first purchase of our products after at least two weeks from the time of shipment. Please note the exceptions below. A full refund of the product will be issued back to the same form of payment used, less shipping charges (and any applicable shipping tax) per the policy below.

To prevent abuse, we limit the use of this guarantee to 3 individual products per any 12-month period for first-time purchase of that item. If you purchase 3 of the same item, the money-back guarantee will cover a refund of one of those items, you may receive store credit for the remaining items

Bundles (or orders) with more than 3 products will be limited to a refund of the 3 highest priced, eligible products in that bundle less any discounts applied to that bundle. The first-purchase rule outlined herein is enforced for components of those bundles.

Wholesale or orders that are being resold are not eligible for returns/refunds.
Please contact contact@amazonfactory.com to initiate the request with the Order Number and specific products.

Return Policy

*Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, or damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

The Amazon Factory Nutrition supplement bottles and containers are non-returnable and non-refundable if not for the reasons marked on the item (* Damages and Issues).

They are sealed packed and their contents are safety protected, meaning we can't re-use them if they are open or the seal is broken when the item(s) are returned to us.

Quality-Related Returns

We stand behind the quality of our products. Any requests for a quality-related issue need to be evaluated. Please contact Amazon Factory Customer Care at contact@amazonfactory.com with your order number and additional relevant
issues.

Exceptions

Discounted or discontinued items are not eligible for returns or refunds.
Products purchased with Rewards points are not eligible for return or refund.
Gift cards are non-refundable, not for use on Subscriptions, no exceptions.
Any purchase made with a gift card is non-refundable.

. All Supplements, Personal Care, and Food items are non-returnable.
. Money-Back Guarantee is limited to per Product, not Flavors.

Additional Information

We can only refund the original payment method. In the event that method is no longer available the refund will be forfeited. Refunds typically take 5-7 business days to be received by the customer although it may take longer depending on the bank or credit card company.

We cannot process refunds to prepaid debit cards.

Orders paid by cashier check or money order will receive a check via mail only to the original billing name and address.

No exceptions will be made to prevent fraud.

International Orders

Per our International Shipping policy, orders shipped outside the USA are not eligible for returns. International Shipping.

International Shipping Terms

Shopping with Amazon Factory from outside the USA? Please read the following terms before purchasing from this website.

Locations & Costs for International Shipping

• Due to recent changes in import laws Amazon Factory only ships internationally to Canada and Brazil.

• International orders cannot be shipped to PO Boxes and require duties to be paid at the time of ordering.

• When placing an order for delivery outside the United States, you are considered the importer of record and must comply with all applicable laws and regulations. Charges for duties, taxes, and the carrier's collection fee are in addition to your shipping charge and must be borne by you. We collect duties at the time of checkout.

• Some items may require special handling as specified by federal, state, and local regulations governing the transport of these items; therefore, the shipment of some products to certain locations may not be possible.

• All prices are shown in U.S. dollars ($USD). The item price is exclusive of any import duties, taxes, and shipping charges.
• International orders are subject to duties, customs, and value-added taxes (VAT). If you are shipping your order outside of the continental United States, as a condition of sale, you acknowledge and agree that title to your order transfers to you after exportation from the United States and immediately before importation of such order at the border of the ship-to location and assume all risk and responsibility for the import clearance, duties, and delivery to final destination.
• We do not accept returns for items shipped internationally.
Customs Duty and Tax Customs duty and import tax are specific to a particular country and the responsibility of the importing party when electing to ship without paying duties & and taxes in advance. Customs authorities in each country calculate duty and tax based on several factors, including:
• The category in which the product is classified in the international Harmonized Code (HS) system.
• The value of the product (the price you paid).
• For most countries, duty is calculated on a "CIF" basis (meaning Cost, Insurance
and Freight), so the shipping charge you pay may also be factored into the calculation of the duty that may be charged.

Delivery Times

International shipments are shipped via UPS International Delivered Duties Paid (DDP). Delivery times will vary by service and country. UPS states that UPS Worldwide Saver is approximately 5 business days.

Loss or Damage during Shipment

No matter how carefully a package is handled, there are occasions when a package may be lost or the contents damaged during international shipment. Fortunately, this doesn't happen very often.

If your package is lost or damaged in International Express Transit, you will need to submit a claim within 14 days of the date of delivery, or within 14 days of the date you received confirmation that it was lost. Packages delayed at Customs
points are not considered lost.

Specific items not available in certain countries

While it remains the responsibility of the importing party (the buyer) to ensure that the items being purchased on Amazon Factory can be received in their country, we adjust the ability to purchase by country or region as we learn of
specific items that cannot be received in certain countries.

We list our product labels on each order page of our website or will provide those upon request by emailing contact@amazonfactory.com

Handling Time

Orders are sent to the fulfillment warehouse by 2 PM Mountain Time (MST) each weekday and are generally shipped within 2-3 business days. Please consider this when selecting your shipping method and transit times. Express shipping
methods still require 1-2 business days handling time and are not considered part of the delivery time.

The estimated arrival date provided during shopping and checkout is based on the method chosen the handling time to  process the volume of orders. This is not a guarantee on when it will arrive unless you select a rate that UPS has a
delivery guarantee attached (see COVID-19 delivery guarantees for the various services on their respective sites).
