Contraindications

Do not use if your dog or cat is pregnant, nursing; or using hypotensive, vasodilator, cardio depressant, osteoporosis, Candida or CoQ10 ATP-enhancer medications. Likely contraindicated with MAOI inhibitors and prescription antidepressants. Suggested to add a pet friendly Probiotic to diet to help support native gut flora.

Drug Interactions

Could potentiate anti-hypertensive, cardiac depressant, Osteoporosis, Candidiasis, diabetic, insulin and pain medications like Demerol. Anti-fungal drugs that are metabolized through the cytochrome P-450 enzyme chain may reduce the effectiveness of this product. May potentiate insulin and could potentially lead to hypoglycemia. Check insulin levels often with use.

Cautions

Cautioned for use over 30 days without the use of a probiotic due to its natural microbial activity; for pets diagnosed with leukemia; for pets using cardio depressant, vasodilator, diabetic and hypotensive (blood pressure lowering) medications. Do not exceed suggested dosages.

Use caution if your dog or cat has been diagnosed with Crohn's disease, Inflammatory Bowel Diseases or is immunocompromised due to the possible risk of Candida (fungemia)

Some dogs or cats are allergic to yeast. Introduce slowly into your pet's diet and discontinue use if you see any signs of an allergic reaction. Short-term use is recommended without the use of a probiotic.
